Because we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience with us, you will be able to return your purchase(s) made at ichapparel.com within 14 days of receipt of your order for a full refund. Please call our Customer Service team to find out how to process your return.

Please be informed that for items bought during flash sales and promotions, they will not be eligible for returns and refunds. 

 

 

 

ICH.’s Exchange Policy

We do not exchange products purchased through this Website. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchased product for a refund and place a new order. It is only possible to obtain a refund on returned products when the return is in line with this Returns Policy.

  

 

 

Damaged and Defective Products

Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. If we determine there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.

 

If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you. We do not refund products:

• Obtained from a source other than www.ichapparel.com

• Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)

• Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.

 

 

 

Eligibility of Return

1. The return process must be initiated within 14 days of order receipt.

2. Items should not be worn and should be in its original packaging.

3. Clothing and footwear returns will only be accepted if the original label/hangtag has not been detached or removed.

4. Headwear, undergarments are not exchangeable, returnable or refundable.
