Return & Exchange Policy
1. ICH. Apparel offer 7-days return period from the date of delivery for domestic and 15-days for international order.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items typically must meet these conditions If not the item can’t be exchange or refund:
- Original Condition: Must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A physical or digital receipt, or an order number, is almost always required.
- Non-Returnable Items: Common exclusions include personalized/custom-made goods and “final sale” or clearance items.
3. All exchange items buyer must to accept shipping fee cost 100 THB for domestic order / International order depends on buyer location for shipping fee.
4. Return items/order Buyer need to contact our team for refund product if not violated our eligibility requirements rules above.
All of return items must to deduct shipping cost : 100 THB for domestic / international depend on shipping cost.
Transaction period
Online bank transfer / transfer : within 3-5 days after we got your package.
Credit card : within 21 days after applied for refund amount and checked package. *all of processing fee paid by buyer*
